Mission
The Greater St. Louis Chapter of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) is a non-profit professional nurses organization. The primary function of the organization is to provide quality cost-effective educational programs for the region's critical care nurses. The organization believes that well educated nurses will provide quality patient care.
Vision
The St. Louis area is fortunate to be saturated with academic medical institutes and both undergraduate and graduate nursing education. Building a strong relationship between education, research, and evidence based practice the Greater St. Louis Chapter of AACN will strive to improve access to knowledge and resources for area nurses to provide optimal care to critically ill patients.
